During the months of January and February Tanya will be offering CBT therapy as an additional option during your stay.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a beneficial healing tool for anyone that experiences the following in their daily lives – anxiety, panic attacks, anger, frustration, depression, addiction.

Using CBT we learn to re-programme our thinking processes and overcome negative thought patterns.

CBT will consist of homework and one-to-one consultations.

Anything discussed remains confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone else without your permission.

What we’ll do
You will be shown simple techniques and practices that will help you find your true self, to accept any difficulties in your life and to feel inner contentment.

What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for being outside in the garden sat on cushions on the grass.

Important to know
There is no fee for this meetup. If you experience benefits from attending a donation of 5 euros will be very welcome.
