Online Vegan Cookery Demonstrations and Spiritual Journeys

We now have online classes!!!

Some very wonderful people that have stayed with us often ask how this or that was made. Am so happy that the food prepared here is enjoyed. So I am sharing what I have learnt over the years with some online cookery demonstrations.

Will be starting off with the basics great for those new to vegan cookery.

We will be adding a new class every week.

Will update this list weekly as new classes are added.

Online classes are 5 euros per month which will hopefully be 4 classes.

Wellness Sessions♥

If you are struggling with health issues such as BMI too high, Heart Disease, Inflammatory Disease or Depression and the drugs are not working as well as they should why not invest in some wellness sessions created just for you.

Sessions can be online, one to one or in person here in Denia. The Wellness Sessions are available every year from November through to end of February. We recommend a minimum of 5 sessions made up of one 1 hour session per week , plus 20 minutes per day of homework.


Evening Menu choices

You can reserve to eat here if you let us know in the morning.

We serve from Monday to Friday between 7 and 9pm. Please see below our daily options. Price 15€ per person to include drinks and dessert.

Mondays –

Reg or GF Mac n Sheez with garbanzos, peas and sweet corn served with vegetables or salad

Followed by raw strawberry cheesecake.

Tuesdays –

Reg or GF mini pizzas with choice of toppings served with salad or vegetables

Followed by chocolate cheesecake and oaty ice cream

Wednesdays –

Reg or GF tempeh and avocado wraps served with salad or vegetables.

Followed by raw carrot and coconut cake with cashew cream

Thursdays –

GF Hot quinoa with red beans, green spring onions, mushrooms, spinach and tomato salsa served with crisp salad and or fries

Followed by Chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries

Fridays –

GF Cauliflower sheez with red beans and spring onions, grilled vegetables, crisp salad and sausages.

Followed by warm pecan pie and oaty ice cream

CBT – A pathway to self discovery and healing ♥♥♥

During the months of January and February Tanya will be offering CBT therapy as an additional option during your stay.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a beneficial healing tool for anyone that experiences the following in their daily lives – anxiety, panic attacks, anger, frustration, depression, addiction.

Using CBT we learn to re-programme our thinking processes and overcome negative thought patterns.

CBT will consist of homework and one-to-one consultations.

Anything discussed remains confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone else without your permission.
