Raw Food Workshops for February and March ♥

Learn the fundamentals of raw/cooked vegan nutrition and approaching a plant-based diet, kitchen setup, the equipment used, the nutritional qualities of the foods in use, discuss common misconceptions and areas to approach intelligently and relevant concepts on self health care in today’s age.

This month February we are making a gluten free Italian spaghetti, marinara sauce and spicy balls with veggie Parmesan. Quick and simple to do and a great change from regular spaghetti. Plus a dairy free organic raw vegan white and dark chocolate raspberry torte – delicious xxx
